Water Softner Installation with Great Service.

We hired Comfort Union in March 2024 to handle a full basement project—HVAC, a cold-climate heat pump, a Rinnai Sensei RX tankless water heater, gas-fitting for the dryer, stove, BBQ and furnaces, plus a Novo water softener and reverse-osmosis system. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, every member of the team—Asif, Mohammad and the rest—was a pleasure to work with.Like any big job, we hit a few bumps, but the crew always made things right without hesitation. I really appreciated their forward-thinking approach: they helped us size everything properly so our 100-amp electrical panel and new Carrier furnace with Ecobee thermostat would serve us well for years.
