They sent Mohammad who is very knowledgeable and honest technician (based on my personal impression). My furnace is 17 yrs old (by December 2025) Trane XV95. He gave me some advice and will give me some options if I decide to retire my VX95 (he also suggested that I can still use my XV95 till this winter season). There was no upselling during our entire conversation and asked him to check all necessary or important components of XV95 just to make sure everything still fine.
